Voice Mail or Answering Machine Greeting Installation Instructions
When you purchase our personalized greetings you will have several choices to add the recording to your answering machine or voice mail.
Computer Answering Machine
1. Do you have an answering machine program on your computer and need a personalized greeting?
For Phone Tools: You first need to open the A/M program and click SETUP then choose GENERAL SETUP then choose the VOICE tab then choose Modify/Create Greetings then choose Import and you will be able to browse your PC for the saved file we emailed you. They only use WAV files.
800 Number Voice Mail
2. We can call your phone number and create the message:
a: We can call and leave the greeting as a message and you can transfer it to the greeting.
b: You can provide us with your phone number and pin number and we can create the message directly into the voice mail. (Privacy Laws Applied - We would never use your information except to provide service.)
Computer To Answering Machine or Voice Mail
3. The best way to record the message sent from us is to hold the phone up to the speakers while you play the message on your computer. We can send the sounds as WAV or MP3.
